Ben and Callum feature quite a lot this week – just not together. Typical! But here’s what we have coming up:
Monday 21st Oct – Pete Lawson
Martin confides in Kush about how he’s being forced to work for Ben. Kush and Martin both confront Ben, but he refuses to back down. Martin comes up with an alternative plan, which could be risky.
Tuesday 22nd Oct – Jonny O’Neill
Jay receives a booking for an elaborate funeral, but is surprised to find out that it’s for Terry Bates – the man responsible for his father’s death. Callum is shocked to see how much Jay hates Terry, so asks Ben for some help on how to deal with the situation.
Meanwhile, Leo helps Whitney after her stall is vandalised. However, he starts to worry that Callum is going to stand in the way of his plan to get close to Whitney.
Elsewhere, Jack is suspicious when Martin seeks advice over a ‘friend’ who is in trouble.
Thursday 24th Oct – Pete Lawson
Martin’s plans to spend time with Bex are thwarted when Ben insists that he takes on another job.
Later, Tubbs gets arrested thanks to Jack. Martin persuades Ben to go ahead and do the job with him as planned, but what is he really up to?
Meanwhile, Leo tries to muddy Callum’s name as part of his plan to get close to Whitney. He makes a surprising discovery and finds an excuse to quiz Callum about his time in the army.
Later, Whitney spots a file on Leo’s laptop which has Callum’s name on. She’s devastated by what she finds – has Leo’s plan paid off?
Friday 25th Oct – Pete Lawson
Martin thinks that the Ben saga is finally over, but ends up in terrible danger when Ben retaliates once again.
Meanwhile, Leo ignores Callum’s warnings to stay away from Whitney and continues to charm her.
Monday sees Kush getting involved in the spat between Martin and Ben, and that’ll be quite nice actually as I don’t think Ben and Kush have interacted much, if at all, since his return in April. I do wonder what that alternative plan is going to be…

Tuesday sees Callum getting worried over Jay’s anger over having to arrange a funeral for the guy who killed his dad, and he calls Ben for help. So there’s potential for Ballum being supportive to Jay – and isn’t it about time Jay got a storyline to himself? Callum’s also in the firing line with Leo becoming concerned that he’s going to thwart his plans for Whitney. Callum’s sensed Leo’s dodginess right from the start and that unsettles Leo, as it should!
Are Lola and Callum having a drink together in the Vic on Thursday? That’s what it looks like, and that would be really cute if it weren’t for the fact that Leo’s about to pull a stunt to try and make Callum look like the bad guy in front of Whitney. We don’t know exactly what’s on the laptop, except that it’s a video and it’s linked to Callum’s time in the army. I personally don’t think it’ll be anything major, but it’ll feel like that to Whitney, who a) thinks Callum is perfect and b) is looking for an excuse to hate him so it’ll be easier to get over him. How convenient for Leo.
Also, Martin persuades Ben to go on a job with him when Tubbs is arrested. No, not Tubbs!! And just what has Martin planned?
Details about Friday’s ep are heavily embargoed, so all we know is that Ben retaliates to Martin’s plan, and Callum issues a warning to Leo, which he ignores. Is Ben gonna set those two mysterious figures on Martin? Is he going to trap him somewhere? Cut the brakes on his car? Who knows.
Callum’s in an interesting predicament. He clearly knows now that Leo’s up to no good and wants him to keep away from Whitney, but how much can he really do, if Whitney’s fallen out with him and it’s not actually his concern anymore? He’ll feel like it is though because it’s Callum. Sigh.

Interesting week anyway – the Jay stuff looks really good. And are we clowns for hoping for a bed scene tonight? Yes we are. Will that stop me hoping for it? Nope!
